The car. A 1970 Pontiac Firebird that used to belong to his grandfather (his mother's father) until it was almost totaled in an accident. Mothballed for years, it was restored and customized before being given to Levi as a gift when he turned 16. While it was more of a bride to get him to stop talking about wanting a motorcycle than anything else it's probably the only gift his father and step-mother ever gave him that he truly loves.
The house. Purchased with a down payment from the money set up in his trust fund when his birth mother died, it's not much but it's away from his family and everyone else. Three bedrooms and two baths it's beachfront property which is ideal for a surfer like Levi. A fixer-upper when he bought it about half of the improvements were done by Levi and the other half by contractors after Levi caused further damage when trying to repair something. All in all he's rather proud of his modest place and the escape it offers him.
